Villa Boschetti - Apt Pittore

Lovely apartment that hosts up to 2 people, located in an old farmhouse dating back to the 19th century, furnished with taste and meticulous recovery of the original materials. The accommodation is located in Cozzana, a quiet and verdant district, but at the same time active and equipped with essential services. It is also just a 15-minute drive from the sea of ​​Monopoli and Polignano, and a 10-minute drive from Conversano and Castellana Grotte. Parking space included!

The 45 mq apartment is located on the ground floor of a period farmhouse and has an independent entrance (please note 2 steps to access it).

N.B.: the space in front of the entrance is shared with the guests of the neighboring apartment and is NOT fenced.
The part assigned to the apartment is equipped with a covered area with table and chairs x2 and deck chairs.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, mini fridge, moka coffee maker, electric kettle and little electric oven
- Living area with armchairs, dining table, chest of drawers and ceiling fan
- Sleeping area with double bed and walk-in closet (2 steps to access it)
- Bathroom equipped with shower box and wc with hand shower (1 step at the entrance)

Additional facilities available for the guests: uncovered parking space inside the gate, WIFI, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Other things to know:
- NO A/C and NO TV
- The external area of ​​the farm is under video surveillance for safety reasons
- WIFI is shared with the other apartments.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The accommodation is located in the Contrada Cozzana of Monopoli, just 15 minutes by car from the sea of ​​Monopoli and Polignano. It is a very lively district, where there are majestic stately villas built between the 1700s and 1800s, and which in the summer becomes the site of numerous festivals and concerts. In 10 minutes by car you can reach Conversano and Castellana Grotte, while in less of half an hour it is possible to reach other unmissable places such as Alberobello, Fasano and Locorotondo. Just 100 meters from the apartments there are essential services: supermarket, post office, butcher and grocery store with local delicacies.

The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by car. The apartment has an uncovered parking space in the garden of the farmhouse. Street parking is free on a white stripe (NOT guaranteed).
