The apartment of about 40 square meters is located on the fourth floor of a historical building with a lift (PLEASE NOTE the lift starts from the first floor, to reach it there are 3 flights of stairs) and is composed as follows:
KITCHEN CORNER equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, manual juicer, combined microwave oven, moka;
LIVING AREA equipped with a queen sofa bed and TV;
BEDROOM equipped with two single beds (one is extractable, can be united for a queen bed)
BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split), independent heating with a heat pump, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
