The property is located in a quiet area in the heart of the center of Viareggio, a few minutes walk from the beaches, the pine forest, the market and other attractions of the center.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, ceiling fan;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed with a double bed, TV, table and chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), refrigerator with small freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot water, drying rack.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Viareggio (€ 1.50 per person per night of stay for a maximum of 10 nights; people under 18 are exempt from paying the tourist tax).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Viareggio Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and will take place in self check-in mode via a keybox on site (with a combination that will be provided after booking).

The apartment is centrally located, a short distance from the market, the pine park and the beaches, as well as from all the main services.

Viareggio is one of the most fascinating seaside areas in Italy. A city with a liberty soul, elegant and refined, with historic buildings, beautiful cafes and fascinating traditions, including, above all, those related to the celebration of the famous Carnival. Among the points of interest of the city, it is worth mentioning the seafront or "Passeggiata Margherita" with its succession of buildings in Art Nouveau style, Villa Argentina and Villa Paolina, the Church of San Paolino and the Church of Sant'Andrea, the "Citadella" and the "Museo del Carnevale" and the Matilde Tower, the oldest building in the city, dating back to the 16th century.
