Cosy and modern studio of about 40 square meters, ideal for two people, located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in the heart of Viale Umbria, between Porta Romana and Calvairate districts. The area is well-served by public transport that allows you to reach the Central Station and the main points of interest in Milan.
The apartment consists of a kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom.

- SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, TV and bedside table;
- LIVING AREA with KITCHEN CORNER (gas hob, moka, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and kitchenware) and dining table;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, independent heating, portable air conditioner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fan, hangers and drying rack.

The apartment is located in Viale Umbria, between Porta Romana and Calvairate districts. The area is excellent, as there are many bars, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other commercial activities within walking distance of the property. In addition, Corso XXII Marzo, one of the most renowned streets in the city with its shops and an important bookshop, is only one minute away from the apartment. The area is well served by public transport, which allows you to reach the main attractions of the city as well as the main stations in a few minutes (alternatively, it is possible to reach the centre with a walk of less than half an hour).

To reach the main points of interest in the city:
- Vittorio Formentano Park: 9 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II: 20 minutes by public transport;
- Museo del Novecento: 20 minutes by public transport;

Alternatively, the airport is 6 km from the property (approximately 15 minutes by car / taxi).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to the apartment in less than an hour and a half with Terravision bus service from the airport to Central Station, from which it is possible to take bus n. 92 towards "V.le Isonzo fronte 6" from "Via Tonale prima Via Sammartini" stop (2 minutes on foot from the station) to "V.le Umbria 85 dopo Via Maestri Campionesi" stop, 1 minute on foot from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 66 km from the property (approximately 60 minutes by car / taxi).

- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 20 minutes by taking bus n. 92 towards "V.le Isonzo fronte 6" from "Via Tonale prima Via Sammartini" stop (2 minutes on foot from the station) to "V.le Umbria 85 dopo Via Maestri Campionesi" stop, 1 minute on foot from the property .
