Verona Romantic Apartment with Breathtaking Views!

Large apartment with an ancient and romantic flavor of 198 sqm, ideal for 5 people, located on three floors of a renovated period building from 1990 with a lift (stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in the historic center and enjoys a breathtaking view of the hills, pre-Alps and the walls of the city of Verona.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.

ATTENTION: the apartment is located in a limited traffic zone and therefore it is necessary to park in the nearby paid city car parks.


The 198 sqm apartment is located on three floors of an ancient building with elevator (stairs to access it).

ATTENTION. The three levels of the apartment are connected by an internal staircase (NOT suitable for children).

The space is organized as follows:

FIRST LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM I with two sofas and armchairs, 32" TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table, fridge, moka, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils;

SECOND LEVEL
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;

THIRD LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM II with sofa bed, chairs, radio and split A/C;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE (accessible from living room II).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating independent, split air conditioning (ONLY in the two living rooms and in the two bedrooms), hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. The fireplace in the living room I is NOT usable.

ATTENTION: Please note that the apartment is not accessible to children.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Verona.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Verona Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

Description of the area
The apartment is located in the historic heart of Verona, a city of history, culture and social life, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous throughout the world as the birthplace of Romeo and Juliet, but it also has much to offer: from the lively opera scene to traditional food and wine, its urban and suburban areas are rich in cultural treasures. It is a place of great traditions that cannot be missed.
Not to be missed is the central Piazza Bra, here you can admire the ancient walls of the Verona Arena, home every year to one of the most famous opera festivals in Europe, and the Portoni della Bra.
The other many monuments of the city can be reached with a pleasant walk near the Adige river.
Castelvecchio, for example, is the most imposing monument of the city or the Roman Theatre of Verona, where theatrical performances are still held during the summer, are both located a few dozen minutes walk from the Arena. A visit to Verona cannot be considered complete without taking a look at Juliet's house and its famous balcony, made famous throughout the world for the tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet.

- Piazza delle Erbe: 4 minutes on foot;
- Juliet's House: 5 minutes on foot;

Getting around
- From Verona Valerio Catullo airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, 19 minutes away.
Alternatively, you can take bus N 199 "Stazione Porta Nuova E1" and continue to the "Verona Stazione Fs - E1" stop, then continue with bus N 61 to the "Via Diaz / Porta Borsari B" stop, just a 7-minute walk away.

- From Verona Porta Nuova station you can reach the apartment by public transport, bus N 23 to the "Via Diaz / Porta Borsari B" stop, just a 7-minute walk away.

ATTENTION. If you travel by car, the apartment is located in the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian) but you can get very close to the door of the same by taking Stradone Maffei then turning right onto Via San Pietro Incarnario where you can stop to unload your luggage. The door is about 50 meters away.
Then you can proceed by car along Via Ponte Rofiolo and look for parking along *Via Pallone* where there are hundreds of paid spaces (NOT guaranteed).
