Cozy apartment of about 90 square meters, with terrace, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor of a well-kept building with garden and condominium driveway and with lift (max 2 people, 3 steps to access it). The property is located a stone's throw from the beaches and about a 10-minute walk from venue of the famous "Venice International Film Festival".
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- OPEN KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware and coffee table;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, 43-inch smart TV and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, armchair and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and armchair;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (splits in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Reserved parking space, letter “O”: PLEASE NOTE, it is only possible to park city cars and small cars, NO SUVs or large cars.
In the common garden, it is possible to leave your bicycles in the proper grid.

All identity documents (IDs) of guests must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

The tourist tax is not included in the price; it is to be paid locally in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.
From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free.
Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time. Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs:
from 8pm till 10 pm >> 40€.
from 10pm till midnight>> 60€.
