Roomy and elegant apartment perfect for 5 guests located in one of the most beautiful quarters of Venice, it is just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge and Campo Santa Maria Formosa, so it's really in the heart of the historic center. The house is equipped with every comfort including: air conditioning, WiFi, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Our accommodation is ideal for a holiday, you will discover an atmosphere of magic of this wonderful city!

The space
Elegant and comfortable apartment of 150 square meters is located on the second floor of a stately period building without a lift. The house is located in the historic center of Venice, which is a place to be discovered: with Piazza San Marco, Ponte di Rialto, Palazzo Ducale - the whole city is at your complete disposal!
Our accommodation has a living area with a relaxation corner and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen-size sofa bed and the last one with a single bed.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need - stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and kitchen utensils.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and the other with a bathtub and a bidet.
Other amenities available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning (2 splits - in the master bedroom and in the living room), independent heating, LED TV, washing machine, drying rack, clothes hanger, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in detail, you will feel just like you were at home!

Other things to note
Guests must show ID documents upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival. It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%.

Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time. Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs:
