In 80 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Location is strategic and convenient for those arriving in Venice: about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma, very close to the Guglie vaporetto stop. We are in the Sestiere of Canaregio, one of the liveliest and most popular tourist areas, in the heart of Venice, full of restaurants and trattorias, shops and clubs.
The space
LIVING AREA: kitchenette complete with 4 gas burners, fridge, dishwasher, traditional oven and various utensils, living room with double sofa bed and a single folding sofa bed.
BATHROOM: bathtub, bidet, hairdryer.
BEDROOM WITH MEZZANINE: double bed, wardrobe and steps to access the mezzanine with a single folding sofa bed.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: two mobile air conditioners (penguin model), unlimited wifi, washing machine, iron and clothes horse.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Venezia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
