Cozy and bright apartment of 49 sqm located on the ground floor (about 12 steps), can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is located a few steps from Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia station and the Papadopoli Gardens; area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

The accommodation of 49 sqm is located on the ground floor (about 12 steps to access). Please pay more attention if you are travelling with children.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, split A/C, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- LIVING ROOM with two ottomans (two single beds), armchair, "24 inch" TV, table with chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

The proximity to the train station and Piazzale Roma, guarantees you a very convenient solution for your holidays. In a few minutes walk you can reach these two strategic points, while as for churches, monuments and interesting places from the historical, artistic and cultural point of view you will be spoiled for choice.

The apartment is located just a few steps from the train station, which is easily reached on foot in a few minutes with plenty of luggage.

- From Venice Marco Polo airport you can take the N5 bus and continue to the "Venice" stop, just 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
Alternatively you can take a taxi (about 18 minutes).

- From Venezia Santa Lucia Station you can reach the apartment in just 10 minutes on foot.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park in the paid garages in Piazzale Roma.

For those who reach Venice by bike, according to the city of Venice you can not go around the city by bike. A bicycle parking is located right next to Mestre train station.
