Comfortable apartment located on the fourth floor, of six in total, of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). Two steps at the entrance.
In 70 m2 of space it accommodates four people with two bedrooms.

The neighborhood is very convenient, very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. Both the historic center and Trastevere, Prati and Testaccio are easily reachable. The metro station, a five-minute walk away, allows you to move easily throughout Rome.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
Sofa and TV. AC split.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, desk and wardrobe. AC split. Private bathroom.
BATHROOM 1 (inside Bedroom 1). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, desk and wardrobe. AC split. Access to the balcony, with table and two chairs.
BATHROOM 2. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Condominium heating with thermovalves.

Connected to Termini station by bus 40 and 46 or by metro line A to the Valle Aurelia stop.

Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum can be reached by bus 46, the stop is right in front of the building.

From the airport you can arrive by bus or train to Termini station and then take the bus, lines 40 and 46, the stop is in front of the apartment, or the metro, line A, to the Valle Aurelia stop which is 5 minutes on foot.

The accommodation is just a few meters from the A subway (Valle Aurelia stop) and the train station (F3 Roma-Viterbo).

The flat is located near the Vatican Museums, Piazza S. Pietro can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and with the metropolitan in 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you will be in P.zza di Spagna, Via Veneto or in the "Termini" train station.

Possibility to find free parking in the street or use one of the paid parking lots nearby:
- Pieralice garage, Via Giacinto De Vecchi Pieralice 12, the rate is 2 euros per hour / 15 euros per day
- Aurelia Parking, Via Carlo Pascal 34, the fare is 3.5 euros per hour / 18 euros per day
- Central Garage, Via Giacomo Giri 32, the rate is 3 euros per hour / 15 euros per day

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
