The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, A/C split, and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, A/C split, and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, A/C split, and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and WC;
- TERRACE with tables and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via A/C splits (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), clothes drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building has no elevator - the apartment is located on the second floor. There is a step to access the area with the kitchenette. Heating is provided by A/C splits - one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

In this structure the check-in is done in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
