Modern, finely furnished 120 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor (NO lift) of a condominium, with exclusive access from the condominium courtyard. The accommodation is located in a residential area, a few meters from the cycle path and a few steps from the city centre. The apartment consists of a kitchenette, a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and closet.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (hob with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table, sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe, chest of drawers and coat hanger;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (possibility of joining them to make a double bed) and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fibre), air conditioning with heat pump (split in the kitchen and in the two bedrooms), washing machine (in the bathroom), hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack, fan .

Private uncovered parking space in the condominium courtyard included.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

The apartmet is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.

The accommodation enjoys a strategic position for visiting Syracuse, its province and all of Eastern Sicily! The apartment is close to the sea and the cycle path, it is located 20 minutes on foot from the archaeological area (Greek Theatre, Tomb of Archimedes, Ear of Dionysus, Roman Amphitheatre), and about 10 minutes from the Paolo Orsi Archaeological Museum, the Catacombs of San Giovanni, from the Sanctuary of the Madonnina Delle Lacrime and from the church of Santa Lucia.
The wonderful island of Ortigia is only 2 km away.
