Roomy apartment of 50 sqm located on the ground floor (steps to access), can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is located near the city center of Mantua, in just 15 minutes walk you can reach all the main attractions and the area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

The interior space consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

The accommodation of 50 sqm is located on the ground floor. Attention: to access it is necessary to take two steps.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, table with chairs, TV, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, various cooking utensils, wine glasses
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE:unlimited WIFI, independent heating, soundproofing windows, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, safe, mosquito nets.

PLEASE NOTE: The washing machine is NOT present in the accommodation.
Air conditioning is provided ONLY via split A/C (living room/kitchenette).

Bike rental for a fee - 20 euro to be paid on site in cash.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Mantova equal to €3.00 or €2.50 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, according to the location: Unesco Zone or outside UNESCO.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Alternatively, you can take the regional train to Mantova station and then continue with the N CC bus "Mantova Risorgimento" to the stop "Trieste", just 1 minute from the property.

- From Mantova station you can reach the apartment by public transport, bus N CC to the stop "Mantova Risorgimento" to the stop "Trieste", just 1 minute from the property. The station is only a 20-minute on foot from the apartment.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park free of charge on the white stripes (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee at the parking lot "Aster S.r.l.", Piazzale Porta Cerese, just 8 minutes on foot from the property.
