Casa Tua- Udine Central Apartment

Roomy and cozy 116 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located in a building without a lift at the first floor (you still have to climb some stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in the heart of Udine, a short distance from the main points of interest (a 10 minute walk from Castello di Udine, a 8 minute walk from via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà and a 2 minute walk from Teatro S. Giorgio).
The building consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

-BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, bathroom with tub;
-BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and desk with chair;
-BEDROOM III with single bed, TV, wardrobe and desk with chair;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, fridge with small freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with small sofa, TV, bookcase and fan;
-BATHROOM I with tub, bidet and toilet;
-BATHROOM II with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: NO A/C.

We accept, on request, small and medium-sized animals. To ensure our standards of cleanliness, we ask for an extra supplement of 30 euros per stay.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

Today, it is an elegant and refined urban center, a city that has undergone many changes, but always preserving the beauty of the most important buildings of great historical and cultural value.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (117km - 1 hour and 15).

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.

- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several buses (2/4/5/10) with stop "UDINE piazza Garibaldi", a 3-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, in order to get to Udine, you can take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.
Please note:
The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up.
You can leave your car, for a fee, in the parking space delimited by blue stripes in the street (NOT guaranteed), or in the following parkings:
- Andreuzzi Parking, in 4 Andreuzzi street: a 1 minute walk from the flat;
- Moretti Parking, in 4 Moretti street: a 10 minute walk;
