LIVING AREA: kitchenette with coffee machine, moka pot, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven, various utensils and a double sofa bed.
BEDROOM I: double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
BEDROOM II: two single beds, the second of which is foldaway.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES: split A/C in the corridor, unlimited wifi, TV, mosquito nets, iron and clothesline.

The apartment is located in the ZTL, in a limited area and, by municipal ordinance, access to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel cars is prohibited from 16.00 to 20.00 every day.
Paid parking 1st May 450 meters away.
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.
