Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator.
Not far from the property are the Metro M1 Rossa di Turro, the San Raffaele Hospital and the Martesana Canal.
The area is well served by all services and surrounded by green areas such as Martini Park, Trotter Park and Lambro Park.
There is a live music room below the apartment.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- OPEN KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, kettle and split A/C;
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table, piano, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- STUDIO with 140 cm sofa bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, floor heating system, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is on the first floor of a building without elevator.
To access both bathrooms it is necessary to go through the bedroom (bathroom I) and the study (bathroom II).
There is no bidet in bathroom II.
There is a live music room below the building.

The whole flat will be at your complete disposal!.

Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 9.30 pm and until 11.00 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

Alternatively, the airport is about 10 km from the property (about 25 minutes by car/taxi).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, from where you can take the metro (line M2) to the stop "Loreto", from which you can take the metro (line M1) until "Rovereto", 6 minutes walk from the property.
Alternatively, the airport is 60 km from the property (58 minutes by car/taxi).

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro (line M2) to the stop "Loreto", from which you can take the metro (line M1) to "Rovereto", 6 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however you can park for a fee at the Garage Grado, in Via Privata Grado, 11 a 14 minutes walk from the property.
