Beautiful, quiet apartment with breathtaking terrace overlooking the city, located in Condominio 25 Verde, a residential complex born in 2012 and designed as a habitable forest. Recently renovated and equipped with all comforts, it is perfect for 4 people.
An ideal place to visit Turin - a stone's throw from the Valentino Park and 600 m from the metro stop DANTE.
This exclusive and comfortable 40 sqm suite is located on the 4th floor of an exceptional building (with elevator), the Condominio 25 Verde, a modern residential building that represents the first experiment of eco-sustainable bio-architecture in Turin, based on a project by the famous architect Luciano Pia.
The building has steel structures like trees in a forest, plants that plunge their roots into terraces with irregular profiles, stretches of water crossed by walkways. And on the roofs, lush gardens. The entire building is conceived as a sort of habitable forest, a tree house like the one that all children dream, and sometimes build.

LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed, relax corner and dining area;
NIGHT AREA: with a comfortable double bed, which can be separated from the rest of the house with an automatic curtain.
KITCHEN: open-style kitchen, has a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
TERRACE: about 20 square meters wide, equipped with 2 deckchairs, small table and 2 chairs, overlooking Via Chiabrera and Fiat Historical Centre. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful sunset over the city.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating with NEST smart thermostats, air conditioning (1 split), washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, a high chair for children.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND OUTSIDE. PAY THE MAXIMUM ATTENTION TO THE FIRE RISK SINCE THE BUILDING IS ALL MADE OF WOOD.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Turin is a city of unique and unforgettable charm, a must-see destination in Northern Italy. From Duomo, you can reach Porta Palatina and San Domenico Church, and through Galleria Umberto I you'll find Piazza della Repubblica. Going north you will meet the Dora and the Moscow Bridge and then head for Balôn, which every Saturday becomes a colorful vintage market. Going southwards you'll arrive to Piazza Castello where you can admire the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Regio Theater. Not far from there, the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana, icon of the city. Last but not least, at the bottom of Via Po, the Church of the Great Mother of God.
A visit to the Langhe and the Roero is great chance to discover what they have to offer from the gastronomic, cultural and landscape point of view.
The neighborhood is well connected by buses that stop 100 meters from the house, you can also find a taxi stop at the same distance. Metro stop DANTE is 8 minute walk from the apartment, and metro stop CARDUCCI 10 minute walk.
There are several supermarkets in the area, the nearest one is 280 meters. There are also many bars in the immediate proximity, the nearest is 100 meters. Possibility to find paid parking (blue stripes, the daily price is 10 euros) near the house.
