Roomy 90 sqm apartment located on the top (fifth) floor of a renovated period building, just a 6-minute walk from Trastevere Station. The accommodation can host up to 4 guests and is accessible by lift. Please note that there are steps to reach the lift.
The building is located in Quartiere XII Gianicolense, southwest of the historic center.
The property consists of double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace with panoramic view.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90 m), chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m), sofa, SMART TV, desk, bookcase and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses, dining table with chairs and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE (access from the anteroom) with dining table and chairs, armchairs and outdoor awning.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE GUEST: unlimited wifi, air conditioning via split console
(one split in the living room and one in the kitchen), fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

ATTENTION: there is NO air conditioning in the bedroom. Fan available.

Switching on and off heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

The apartment is located in the Quartiere XII Gianicolense, south-west of the historic center and to the right of the Tiber river. The Trastevere district, the most authentic and picturesque in Rome, is only 15 minutes away on foot.

It is a well-connected and lively area, located near Trastevere Station, an important railway hub that offers quick connections to Termini, Fiumicino Airport and other areas of the city. Furthermore, it is well served by trams and buses, making it easy to connect to the center of Rome and the Vatican.

The area is characterized by a combination of residences, shops, restaurants and large green areas, maintaining the typical charm of the nearby Trastevere district, but with a quieter and more pleasant atmosphere.

- From Rome-Fiumicino airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the "Fiumicino Airport" station to the "Roma Trastevere" station, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the "Roma Termini" station to the "Roma Trastevere" station, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines). Alternatively, you can park at the "Autorimessa Trastevere" garage (for a fee), just a 4-minute walk from the property.
