A stunning 80 sq.m. apartment located on the fifth floor, of six in total, of a renovated period building with elevator (not suitable for the disabled, two steps to reach it).
Perfect for 4 people it is located in the heart of Trastevere.
Trastevere, one of the oldest and most characteristic districts of Rome, with its alleys paved with sanpietrini and with its small craft stores, typical Roman taverns, churches and monuments from Roman and medieval times.

The interior space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN: kitchenette with four gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker and mocha, washing machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and various utensils.

LIVING ROOM: sitting area with double sofa bed (1.40x1.90 mt), coffee table and two armchairs. Portable fan.
Connected to the dining area.
LUNCH AREA: dining table, TV and two armchairs.

BATHROOM: step to access shower stall, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

BEDROOM: double bed (1.60x2.00 mt), bedside tables with lamps and closet. Portable fan.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

- From Fiumicino airport you can reach the flat by region train from Fiumicino airport railway station to Roma Trastevere stop, where you have to take the 8 "Venezia" bus line, from Stazione Trastevere stop to Trastevere/Min. P. Istruzione stop, a 6 minute walk from the accomodation.

- From Roma Termini railway station, you can reach the apartment by H "Dei Capasso" bus line, from Termini (H) stop to Trastevere/Min. Pubblica Istruzione stop, a 4 minute walk from the flat.

If you're travelling by car, please mind the LTZ from 06:30 am to 10:00 am throughout the year and, also, from 09:30 pm to 03:00 am from June to August. You can park for a fee in the street (not guaranteed) or, alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee in Garage Giova (a 16 minute walk from the flat) or in Porta Portese parking (a 17 minute walk).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
