Trastevere Cozy Flat

Quiet and bright 40 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the second floor with elevator (not suitable for disabled people) of a period building in the streets of Trastevere. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, 5 minutes walk away.
If you're travelling by car, please pay attention to the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, active from 6:30 to 10 in the morning

The inside is organized as follows:

-BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 X 1.90) and en suite bathroom. Split of AC
-LIVING ROOM: sofa and dining table. Split of AC
-KITCHENETTE: two burner induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and moka.
-BATHROOM: inside the bedroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer

PLESE NOTE: the hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, in case of prolonged use it may be necessary to wait for it to recharge

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the center of Trastevere nightlife, the bohemian district of Rome where you can find trattorias and restaurants that maintain the cuisine of the Roman tradition. There are also cafès and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, especially around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.
The location is strategic to visit the capital even on foot, immersing yourself in the true Roman spirit.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service. From the station it is possible to take a taxi (20 minutes) or the H line to "Sonnino/S. Gallicano" stop , 7 minutes away on foot

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station thanks to the shuttle bus services. From the station it is possible to take a taxi (20 minutes) or the H line to "Sonnino/S. Gallicano" stop , 7 minutes away on foot

-From Termini station it is possible to take a taxi (20 minutes) or the H line to "Sonnino/S. Gallicano" stop , 7 minutes away on foot

If you are traveling by car,it is possible to park, for a fee (blue stripes), in the surrounding streets or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walking from the property. The City Center Restricted Traffic Area is active from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
