Cozy two-bedroom apartment with private bathroom and large veranda, which is part of the Scaringi Palace and accommodates up to 4 people. The flat is located in a building located in a quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute drive from the center of Trani, which can also be reached on foot with a pleasant 20-minute walk. Ideal for couples and professionals, it offers comfortable and quiet stays, in a comfortable and functional environment. Garage available upon request and for a fee.

The 32 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:

- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk, smart TV and split AC
- Bedroom II with French sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, desk, smart TV and split AC
- TOILET equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- 72 sqm VERANDA equipped with table and chairs x4.

Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vending machine for hot/cold drinks and snacks for a fee in the entrance hall of the building.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee.

N.B.: the entrance door is equipped with a smart security lock with the use of a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

Trani is an enchanting village overlooking the Adriatic Sea and dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Svevia made it one of his main maritime fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. Wonderful the tourist port dotted with typical fishing boats and dominated by the symbol of the town, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea.
The apartment is located in a quiet position and well connected to the center, thanks to the city bus stop just 600 meters away. In five minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot you can also reach the main points of interest and the sea. The essential services are a short distance away: within 900 meters it is possible to find a bar, supermarket and pharmacy.

- FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, a 25-minute walk from the flat (2 km).

- FROM TRANI STATION: the apartment can be reached in 25 minutes on foot (2 km).

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). A garage is also available upon request and upon payment on the spot.
