Cozy recently renovated studio apartment, perfect for two people and equipped with all comforts. The accommodation overlooks the internal condominium courtyard, which makes it quiet despite the lively area. It's the ideal choice for who want to visit Naples and the surrounding area thanks to its proximity to the Central Station, the metro lines 1 and 2, and the Circumvesuviana which allow you to reach all the other areas of the city and places such as Pompeii and Sorrento. Netflix included!

The 35m2 accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift: ATTENTION, you need 10 cents to use it.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Small kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge with small freezer compartment, moka, electric kettle and microwave
- Living area with dining table, 42" smart TV with NETFLIX and Fire Stick (NO antenna) and split A/C
- Sleeping area with double bed and open wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

N.B.: the entrance to the apartment is shared with the accommodation next door, belonging to the property.
ATTENTION: there is a video surveillance camera outside the entrance, in the common area, for security reasons.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

To access this apartment you can collect the keys at the KeyNest Farmacia Cozzolino & Vecchione collection point, in Corso Umberto I n. 393, a short distance from the accommodation. Key collection is possible independently starting from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11pm.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Our lovely and recently renovated studio apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Naples train station. Its position allows you to easily reach metro line 1 and metro line 2, as well as connections with the Circumvesuviana and regional trains to Salerno. Near the accommodation there is also the terminus for road buses coming from all over Italy. Located in a residential street close to the Business Center, the nerve center of Neapolitan business, it is useful for those staying overnight for work; furthermore, the view over the internal courtyard makes the apartment very quiet for a night's rest. Track Station Studio Apartment is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy the city for business or tourist reasons, in an area that allows easy travel.

- From Naples Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Garage Touring located in Via Pavia 133, 200m from the apartment.
