Bright and cozy apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, with two large double bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen and balcony with sea view. Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday, a few meters from the sandy beach of Torrette di Fano (free or equipped) and in a convenient position for visiting the cities of the coast and the splendid villages: Senigallia to the south (10 km), Fano center (5 km) and Pesaro (17 km) to the north.
The 78 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it.
The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living room with double sofa bed, dining table and 24 "TV with Fire Stick
- Bedroom I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Bedroom II with double bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Balcony with sea view.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, 4 fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
At the time of check-in you will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.
Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
The tourist tax of 1.00 euros per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 14 nights, as provided by the municipality of Fano. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
The apartment is located in Torrette di Fano and is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday: it is in fact a stone's throw from the sandy beaches, both equipped and free, of Torrette and a short distance from essential services such as bars, pharmacy and restaurants, easily reachable on foot, while the first supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. From this position, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous towns of the Romagna and Marche coast, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland.
The apartment can be reached by car. Nearby street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
