This comfortable and bright apartment ideal for 4 people is located in a very quiet residential area and is served with everything you need. The accommodation is conveniently located for reaching the center, the Polytechnic, the Ruffini Park, the Martini Hospital, the GTT depot and the ring roads. Parking is free on the street, not guaranteed. The house is equipped with every comfort among which we point out. equipped kitchen, terrace, washing machine, TV, pocket WIFI MAXIMUM 50 giga.

The space

Bright apartment of about 55 square meters located on the first floor of a period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled), in a very peaceful setting, the area is served by numerous public transport with which to reach the center, shops, supermarkets and shopping centers.
★ ROOM: bedroom independent from the rest of the house, equipped with a queen bed, an additional bed for a child up to 7 years old (can be prepared on request) and wardrobe.
★ LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, queen sofa bed and dining area.
★ KITCHENETTE: has a fridge, freezer, hob, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, coffee machine and moka.
★ BATHROOM: bathroom with toilet and shower.
★ TERRACE: very large, furnished with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

Attention: pocket WIFI MAXIMUM 50 giga NOT suitable for working or watching movies /videos.

FURTHER SERVICES: TV, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a stroller for small children, a kennel for small pets (on the terrace). Possibility to find free parking in the area

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Other things to note

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival

The District
The Pozzo Strada area is very quiet. The metro is located less than 500 meters from the apartment and the bus stop less than 200 meters.
Nearby every morning (except Sunday) there is one of the largest markets in Turin (it remains in Corso Brunelleschi).
It remains a few hundred meters from the Martini Hospital.
Bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and trattorias are within walking distance.
A few blocks away is the CARREFOUR hypermarket in Corso Montecucco 108, open 24 hours a day.

- From the airport: Total time: 1h with Shuttle to Turin Porta Susa Station + Metro Line 1 to the "Monte Grappa" stop + Line 71 to the "Montgenèvre" stop.
- From Porta Nuova Station: Line 64 in 25 minutes.

The area surrounding the apartment is well served by public transport: a few meters away is the tram stop 15 with which you can reach the city center directly. Buses 22, 33 and 42 also pass in the area, with which you can get to all the other areas of Turin.

The whole neighborhood is full of free parking spaces.
