Comfortable and spacious apartment perfect for 4 people is located in the San Donato district, a few steps from the city center, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Statuto and Porta Susa train station. The parking can be easily found on the street, you can safely come by car. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts: unlimited WiFi, equipped kitchen, central heating, washing machine, balcony. Shops, bars and pharmacies nearby.

68 sqm apartment located on the fourth and top floor of a period building without a lift, in an elegant setting and strategically located in relation to the center of Turin, the area is well connected by public transport and equipped with all the services.
★ ROOM: with a queen bed and chest of drawers.
★ LIVING ROOM: with relaxation corner and a queen sofa bed.
★ KITCHEN: on sight, it has a fridge, freezer, stove, traditional oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, moka pot and kitchen utensils.
★ BATHROOM: with toilet and shower.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, unlimited WIFI, central heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a cot for babies and a high chair for small children.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys must be collected at the collection point which is approximately 10 minutes from the accommodation. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival

The house is located in the San Donato district, a few steps from the heart of Turin, a strategic position to reach the most interesting points such as the Reggia di Venaria and Juventus Stadio with buses under the house. Piazza Castello, Porta Susa station, Egyptian museum and other museums can be reached with a 15-minute walk or with the public transport.

The accommodation is ideally located for experiencing the city. The historic center is a 10-15 minute walk, and in a few minutes on foot there are the underground, Porta Susa station and the large open-air market of Porta Palazzo.
Shops, shopping centers and green spaces in the close vicinity, as well as buses to the city and airport.

If you arrive by PLANE: in front of the Caselle airport arrivals, the SADEM shuttle leaves every 15 minutes and stops at FS Porta Nuova (C.so Vittorio Emanuele II n ° 57 / A) and FS Porta Susa (C.so Bolzano opposite exit D station). Duration: 45/50 min. Buy the ticket inside the airport for € 6.50, it costs € 7 on board.
If you arrive by TRAIN from Porta Nuova station you can take a taxi or you can take the metro (buy your ticket at the tobacconist's, inside the station): for ex. take the M1 Fermi stop and get off at the Principi d'Acaja stop. Then 10 minutes on foot and you will arrive at the apartment. (In total it is a 20 minute journey)
Convenient public transport stops linking the whole city, 2 stops within a block: on Corso Regina Margherita where trams 3 and 16 and buses 72 and 72 / pass and on Corso Umbria where buses 52, 60 stop and 67.
Via Livorno / Corso Umbria is also a shuttle bus stop to and from Turin Caselle airport.
A "TOBIKE" station for bike rental is available a few meters away.
At 600 meters there is also the Metro stop.
