Comfortable 110 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the 6th floor of a building with lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in the San Donato district, characterized by Art Nouveau style houses, the outdoor Urban Art Museum, as well as the Dora park and the thermal power station which have been converted and house a shopping center and a cinema.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and 3 balconies.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING-ROOM with 2 sofas, dining table, tv, access to the balcony.
- KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, access to the balcony.
- BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk, access to the balcony.
- BATHROOM 1 with tub, sink, bidet and toilet.
- BATHROOM 2 with washing machine, sink, shower and toilet.
- BALCONIES.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

The house is located in the San Donato area, a few steps from the heart of Turin, a strategic position to reach the most interesting points such as the Reggia di Venaria and Juventus Stadium with bus under the house. Piazza Castello, Porta Susa station, the Egyptian museum and other museums can be reached with a walk or by means of transport under the house.
The accommodation is ideally located for experiencing the city. The historic center is a 20-minute walk away, and still within a few minutes on foot there are the subway, the Porta Susa station and the large open market of Porta Palazzo.
Shops, malls and green spaces in close proximity, as well as buses to the city and to the airport.

- From Turin Caselle Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the SFMA train service to the Turin - C.So Umbria / Livorno stop, a 12-minute walk from the accommodation.

- From Turin Porta Nuova station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus 9 to the Martinetto stop and continue on foot for 4 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee along the road or at the garages in the area.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
