Cozy studio of 30 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the ground floor of a building 300 meters from Porta Nuova Station.
The property becomes an excellent starting point to reach all the points of interest of the city. The neighborhood is full of all services: restaurants, bars, clubs, shops... Ideal place for business or pleasure!

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka, electric kettle, combined miccronde oven, toaster, manual juicer and various kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, sofa and split A/C;
- SPLEEPING AREA with double loft bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (only split in the living area), hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a common room with another apartment located near the lift. Here you will find the washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Note the presence of a step in the entrance hall of the building.
To reach the double bed in the loft there is a flight of stairs.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.

Turin is a city of unique and unforgettable charm, a must-see destination in Northern Italy. From Duomo, you can reach Porta Palatina and San Domenico Church, and through Galleria Umberto I you'll find Piazza della Repubblica. Going north you will meet the Dora and the Moscow Bridge and then head for Balôn, which every Saturday becomes a colorful vintage market. Going southwards you'll arrive to Piazza Castello where you can admire the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Regio Theater. Not far from there, the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana, icon of the city. Last but not least, at the bottom of Via Po, the Church of the Great Mother of God.
A visit to the Langhe and the Roero is great chance to discover what they have to offer from the gastronomic, cultural and landscape point of view.

- Crai (supermarket): 1 minute on foot;
- Boniscontro Pharmacy: 1 minute on foot.

- From Turin Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 268 to the stop "To - Piazza Carlo Felice", a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Porta Nuova Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in 4 minutes on foot.

- From Turin Porta Susa Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 27 to the stop "Arsenale", a 2-minute walk from the property.

- Parking is not included if you are travelling by car. It is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Centre Porta Nuova Due Torri, in Via San Quintino 4/G (NOT guaranteed).
