Cozy apartment of 64 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of an elegant condominium without elevator, with a beautiful shared garden inside.
The property is located in an ideal position to move around the city: a few steps from Piazza Statuto, nearby are the metro stop "Principi D'Acaja" and Porta Susa station. Piazza Castello can be reached in 20/25 minutes on foot.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table and access to balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, manual juicer, wine glasses and cooking utensils;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, armchair, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY I;
- BALCONY II.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, 2 fans, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.

We are in the famous "Quadrilatero Romano", a lively and residential neighborhood a stone's throw from the historic center of Turin. The main points of interest in the city are easily reachable on foot or by public transport (metro station: Principi D'Acaja). In just 20 minutes on foot (or 10 minutes by public transport) you can reach Piazza Castello, then you can move comfortably towards Piazza San Carlo, the Egyptian Museum, the "Mole Antonelliana" and through the streets of the historic center. Close to the apartment we recommend the Shroud Museum and the Basilica of Maria Ausiliatrice. In the area you can find all the main services including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, cinemas. Comfortable Carrefour 24/7 at 400 meters, in via S. Donato.

- La Taverna dei Mercanti (restaurant): 9 minutes on foot;
- La Mole Pub: 2 minutes on foot;
- Carrefour Market (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot;
_ Pharmacy Borelli: 5 minutes on foot.

- From Turin Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 268 to the stop "Torino - Corso Umbria/Livorno" (6 stops), a 10-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in 25 minutes (17 Km).

- From Porta Susa Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 60 from the stop of "Inghilterra Cap." (2 minutes walk) to the stop of "Regina Margherita" (2 stops), 2 minutes from the property.
Alternatively, the property can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

- From Porta Nuova station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line M1 to the stop "XVIII Dicembre (4 stops), 8 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, it is possible to park for a fee in the street (blue stripes - NOT guaranteed), or it is possible to park in Corso Giambattista Beccaria 1, (for a fee - NOT guaranteed).
