Osasco Cozy Apartment

Comfortable 65sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 4th floor (with elevator not suitable for disabled people) of a building located five minutes walk away from Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation for the Contemporary Arts. The neighborhood is well connected to Turin Porta Nuova train station and to the historic centre, both reachable in about 20 minutes by public transport.
There's a chance to find free parking slots (white strips) in the street.

The inside is organized as follows:

-BEDROOM: double bed, air conditioning, 32'' TV, wardrobe, small work area and access to the balcony
-LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, air conditioning, 55'' TV, dining table and access to the balcony
-KITCHENETTE: induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and moka
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Please pay attention to the step

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, central heating (and/or with heat pump), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot water is supplied via a boiler, you may need to wait for it to refill.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The San Paolo district is well connected by public transport (cars and bikes are also available for hire in the area).
In the area, it is possible to park for free in the surrounding streets.
In about 30 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center.
In the neighborhood you can easily find local markets and supermarkets (even at night).
You can visit the "Mario Merz" and "Sandretto Rebaudengo" exhibition-artistic foundations easily on foot

The city center of Turin can be reached in 15 minutes thanks to the public transport that you can take under the house, in particular there are lines 64 - 55 - 56 (for the center) and other lines for other destinations.
At 5 minutes there is a bike sharing station.
Possibility to find free street parking

-From Torino Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by public transport line 268 and 22 (you have to switch bus at "Torino - Via Borgaro 103" stop).
Alternatively, it is possible to reach Porta Nuova Train Station by the airport shuttle bus service

-From Turin Porta Nuova station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 64, to "Rivalta" stop (4 minutes away on foot)

-From Turin Porta Susa station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 55, to "Rivalta" stop (4 minutes away on foot)
