This comfortable studio is located on the ground floor of a historic building, situated in the Regio Parco district, just a stone's throw from the city center, in a quiet area one of the most popular in the city. Within walking distance you can find: Palazzo Einaudi, the Royal Gardens, Piazza Castello, Palazzo Reale, Porta Palazzo market and the shopping streets of the city. Ideal place for short stays and is well served by many services that will make your stay in Turin really enjoyable!
Comfortable studio apartment of 26 sqm located on the ground floor of a recently renovated historic building and is an ideal place to accommodate two guests.
The studio is located in a quiet residential area, excellent point to reach the numerous attractions of the city. You will find yourself just a few steps from the new headquarters of Lavazza, the "Nuvola", from the university campus, Campus Luigi Einaudi, from the renowned Porta Palazzo market and from the Colletta park. In the area you will find all the services and well-known cafés-patisseries and restaurants.
The accommodation consists of two levels: pay attention to the stairs leading to the mezzanine. The habitable part develops entirely on the lower floor: a dining area, a living area with two single sofa beds, an open kitchen, a wardrobe and a toilet with a shower. The kitchenette has a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, moka, plates, glasses, cutlery. The flat is also equipped with heating, TV, WIFI and hairdryer
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. The price includes clean bed linen and towels for each guest, for a truly comfortable stay.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
The apartment is situated in one of the historic districts of Turin, before it was the area of small factories, today it is one of the most vital areas of the city. Full of creative workshops and new cafes it is still very calm and safe place to stay. Very close to the city center and home to the new university campus (Campus Einaudi), it is an area to be discovered where you can never get bored.
In a few minutes walk you can reach the Royal Gardens, Piazza Castello with the Palazzo Reale, Palazzo Madama and Duomo, Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum and Palazzo Carignano. The colorful and fascinating Porta Palazzo market, one of the largest open-air markets in Europe, is also within walking distance.
In a few minutes walk you can reach the central Piazza Castello, the Royal Museums, Palazzo Madama and the Duomo. Always strolling is easy to get to the Mole and the National Cinema Museum, while in the adjacent Vanchiglia district you will find bars, bistros and restaurants where you can stop for an aperitif or spend the evening.
Even the picturesque market of Porta Palazzo (Europe's largest open-air market) can be easily reached on foot, as well as the "Balon", the famous flea market held every Saturday and the second Sunday of the month.
If you love greenery, the Royal Gardens (recently reopened) and the Colletta Park along the Dora River are perfect for a relaxing walk.
If you arrive at Turin Caselle Airport, you can take the Sadem bus to Porta Nuova or Porta Susa.
From Porta Nuova Station take the tram line 68 which takes you to the apartment in 18 minutes while from Porta Susa tram line 49 will take you to your destination in 25 minutes.
The location is very quiet, parking in the neighborhood is free and we are also well served by the city bike sharing service!
