Comfortable 60 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift.
The property is located in the center a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana, the Royal Palace and the Egyptian Museum. It is possible to reach all the main points of interest on foot.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies, from one of which you can see the tip of the Mole.
The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, TV, kitchenette and access to a balcony.
- KITCHEN CORNER with 4-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk, access to the balcony.
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, washing machine, bidet, toilet, access to the balcony.
- BALCONIES with a small table and two chairs.
OTHER SERVICES: central heating, fan, hot water with boiler, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.
The Vanchiglia district is a very lively and quiet neighborhood at the same time. It houses many craft shops and studios of artists and photographers, many shops dedicated to vintage for both clothing and furnishings, numerous specialized restaurants, from just baking to vegan menus, Japanese cuisine, typical trattoria and pizzeria. Vanchiglia is a lively and young neighborhood, which has blossomed in recent years. Shops, clubs and restaurants follow one another along its narrow streets. In the evening, you don't need to take long walks to find some entertainment. Furthermore, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, a food market is also held in Piazza Santa Giulia.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the Mole Antonelliana, in a central and strategic position for exploring the city center and its monuments. Near the flat you will also find all the essential services: from bus stops to supermarkets, from shops to ATMs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pastry shops: everything you need for a comfortable stay!
- From Turin Caselle airport it is possible to reach the apartment by public transport by taking bus n. 268 to get off at the "Torino - C.So Umbria / Livorno" stop, then move onto Corso Regina Margherita and take the bus n.16 Circolare Destra and get off at the "Palazzo Nuovo" stop. Finally continue on foot for 3 minutes.
- From Porta Nuova station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 24 from the "Carlo Alberto" stop and get off at "Palazzo Nuovo" to continue on foot for 2 minutes.
- From Porta Susa station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 13 or 56 from the "XVIII December" stop and get off at "Sant'Ottavio", then continue on foot for 7 minutes.
- If you travel by car it is possible to pay parking along the road (blue stripes) and for a fee in the Autorimessa Albertina S.n.c. by Calogero Signorino and Gaspare Ambrosio a 15-minute on foot from the aparment.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
When collecting the keys at the office, we will offer you a welcome gift.
After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
