Cozy 45 sqm apartment located on the first floor (lift), able to accommodate 4 people, a few steps from Piazza Statuto, in an ideal position to move around the city.
The underground stop "XVIII December" is 700 meters away, the Porta Susa station 800 meters and, if you prefer, you can walk to Piazza Castello / San Carlo in 20/25 min. In the neighborhood it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes). There is no ZTL in the area.

The 45 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift.

The property is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, access to the balcony on the chest;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob (4 plates), fridge and freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, electric juicer, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
-BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, central heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, hot water, condominium cooling system

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
N.B. In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
-the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, for each additional set € 8.

PLEASE NOTE: The property does not have parking, it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue lines) or in the paid parking "Gruppo Torinese Trasporti", in Corso Giambattista Beccaria, 1.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.

We are in the famous "Quadrilatero Romano", a lively and residential neighborhood a stone's throw from the historic center of Turin. The main points of interest in the city are easily reachable on foot or by public transport (metro station: XVIII Dicembre). In just 25 minutes on foot (or 18 minutes by public transport) you can reach Piazza Castello, then you can move comfortably towards Piazza San Carlo, the Egyptian Museum, the "Mole Antonelliana" and through the streets of the historic center. Close to the apartment we recommend the Shroud Museum and the Basilica of Maria Ausiliatrice. In the area you can find all the main services including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, cinemas. Comfortable Carrefour 24/7 at 250 meters, in via S. Donato.

- From the airport: Train to "Torino Dora" + Shuttle 10N to Piazza Statuto (tot: 40/45 min)
- From Porta Susa Station: 10 minutes on foot
- From Porta Nuova Station: to the "XVIII December" metro stop + 8 min on foot (tot. 15/20 min)

We are very close to the Piazza Statuto junction, convenient for walking to the center and Porta Susa.
