Modern and cozy apartment recently renovated, located on the third floor and is really perfect for 4 guests! Ideal for walking around the city, just a 9-minute walk from Porta Nuova station, in the heart of the San Salvario district and the city's nightlife. In the area you will find many restaurants, pubs and clubs, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. The historic center is just a 20-minute walk away, while the Marconi metro station is only 350m away.
Comfortable and bright 42sqm apartment completely renovated in 2011, located on the third floor of a building without elevator, in an elegant setting just in the heart of San Salvario, one of Turin's central districts, located between Porta Nuova station and the Valentino Park. The apartment is just 350m from the Marconi metro stop.

★ BEDROOM: pretty double bedroom independent from the rest of the house, equipped with a queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.
★ LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: living room with sitting area, sofa bed and dining area.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
★ BATHROOM: bathroom with WC and hydromassage shower.
★ OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: TV, pocket WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

San Salvario is one of the historic districts of Turin, located between Porta Nuova station and Valentino Park. It is a part of the city that deserves to be known for its history, monuments, nineteenth-century buildings, curious collections and its multicultural character. Frequented by students and tourists to have fun, the neighborhood is famous for being very dynamic and young, and offers several bars and restaurants of all types. The district is very central, convenient for surface transport and the subway. The flat is a short distance from pharmacies and supermarkets, as well as both Italian and ethnic restaurants.

There are paid parking areas close to the apartment (10 euros daytime (8-18) and 15 euros night time (18-8). You can also park in the street on blue stripes, 10 euros daily rate.
