Very central studio apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people, located in an elegant period building 13 min walk from the Mole Antonelliana and 15 min from the Egyptian Museum. The building is located in the center (ZTL), in an ideal position for visiting the main points of interest in the city, either on foot or by public transport (2 minutes from the 1948-Madama Cristina stop). The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, where you can find all the comforts you need for your stay.

ATTENTION: it is possible to use the lift only up to the 3rd floor. From there it will be necessary to climb the stairs to reach the apartment on the 4th floor.

The 25sqm accommodation is located on the 4th floor of a period building with lift and is composed as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, small electric oven, mini fridge with freezer, moka, toaster and traditional juicer;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed (consisting of 2 single beds) and small dresser;
- DINING AREA with table, chairs and armchair;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pump (split air conditioning), split AC, wardrobe, drying rack

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Thanks to the central location, in a few minutes you can reach all the points of major tourist interest: Museum of Cinema, Mole Antonelliana, Egyptian Museum, Gran Madre, Palazzo Reale, Teatro Regio, Piazza Carignano, Piazza Castello, Holy Shroud, etc. In less than 15 minutes on foot you can reach via Roma and via Lagrange, and in 26 minutes on foot (or in 18 minutes by public transport) you can reach via Garibaldi, the three streets that are considered privileged destinations for shopping. The presence of countless suggestive clubs and typical restaurants in the "Murazzi" area (meeting point for university and non-university students) and in the "Quadrilatero Romano" area will make your stay unique.

How to get to the apartment:
- From Porta Susa Station: by underground line M1, final stop Porta Nuova, 650m from the accommodation;
- From Porta Nuova Station: by bus line 52 or 67, final stop Fermata 777 - Madama Cristina, 240m from the accommodation
- From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station, or take a taxi.

The apartment is located inside the ZTL: pay attention to the accesses if you are traveling by car.
