The 70 sqm apartment is located on 1st floor of a building without elevator.

The space is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, traditional kettle, traditional juicer, moka and kitchenware;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower box and washing machine;
- STORAGE ROOM (out on the balcony);
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: the bathroom is located in the bedroom and is exposed, as there are no walls dividing the toilet from the bedroom. There is also a ladder to inspect the exposed roof, pay attention.

Further facilities available for guests: free wifi, independent heating, 2 fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Turin is a city of unique and unforgettable charm, a must-see destination in Northern Italy. From Duomo, you can reach Porta Palatina and San Domenico Church, and through Galleria Umberto I you'll find Piazza della Repubblica. Going north you will meet the Dora and the Moscow Bridge and then head for Balôn, which every Saturday becomes a colorful vintage market. Going southwards you'll arrive to Piazza Castello where you can admire the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Regio Theater. Not far from there, the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana, icon of the city. Last but not least, at the bottom of Via Po, the Church of the Great Mother of God.
A visit to the Langhe and the Roero is great chance to discover what they have to offer from the gastronomic, cultural and landscape point of view.

We are centrally located, close to Porta Nuova station (13 minutes on foot), and a stone's throw from the tram stop 606 - Mazzini (90m), in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city.

How reach the apartment:
-From Porta Susa Station: with the M1 Lingotto subway (yellow line) to the Porta Nuova stop, where you have to take the 9 "San Salvario, Corso D'Azeglio (To Expo)" tram line and get off at 1949 - D'Azeglio stop, a 400 m walk away from the flat.

-Torino Porta Nuova railway station is just a 13 minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take the 1949 - D'Azeglio tram line, a 400 m walk from the accomodation.

From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes and reach Porta Nuova station or take a taxi

The flat is located inside the ZTL: be careful if you are traveling by car. You can leave your car, for a fee, in Vittorio Park, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, a 9 minute walk from the flat.
