Aurora - Apt x3 10 minutes from the Royal Gardens!

Bright and cozy apartment completely renovated, which can accommodate up to 3 people, located in a quiet residential district equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: bars, supermarkets, pharmacies are within walking distance. The flat is also in an excellent position for any type of stay: in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach both the Luigi Einaudi Campus and the Royal Gardens, an ideal starting point from which to explore the city center and its beautiful monuments.

The 40 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building without elevator and has two entrances, respectively from the street and from the internal courtyard of the building.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer and microwave
- Living area with a French size sofa bed and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed and built-in wardrobe
-Toilette with wc, bidet and shower box.

ATTENTION: The backyard at the back of the house is shared with the other condominiums.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

N.B. In caso di soggiorni lunghi (superiori ai 30 giorni) la biancheria verrà ritirata ogni massimo 15 giorni dall'impresa di pulizia.

-di utilizzare la propria;
-la sostituzione, in questo caso c'è un costo di 15€ per un set matrimoniale, per ogni ulteriore set 8€.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

The keys will be collected in our office in Corso Inghilterra 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows:
- EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The "Mole Antonelliana", the Egyptian Museum, the royal residences, the "Sacra Sindone"... are just some of the treasures of the majestic Turin.
Impossible to miss: Piazza Castello, the symbol of the city, "Palazzo Madama", the "Reggia di Venaria", one of the magnificent ducal residences in Piedmont built at the behest of Charles Emmanuel II as a hunting and leisure residence. Turin is also a city of entertainment, so it is full of restaurants, bars and night clubs for all tastes and budgets!

How to reach the apartment:
- From Porta Nuova Station: tram line 68 with final stop VERONA, 500 meters from the flat
- From Porta Susa Station: tram line 19 with final stop OSPEDALE MARIA ADELAIDE, 500 meters from the flat
- From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi

The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines. It is also possible to park, for a fee, at the Basic Regio Parking, in Via Padova 78, 300 meters from the flat.
