APT x6 a few steps from Parco della Tesoriera!

Bright apartment equipped with every comfort for 6 people and located in the quiet Parella district, a very green area well equipped with all services for a comfortable stay. The MM Monte Grappa stop is only 700 meters away, while it is possible to reach the Parco della Tesoriera in less than 5 minutes. Just 1 km away there is also the Parco della Pellerina, the largest city park in Europe, where you can enjoy the rare experience of immersing yourself in the nature while remaining in the city!

The 78 sqm flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a building with elevaor (there is a step to access it) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with single sofa bed
- First bedroom with queen bed, single bed, desk, wardrobe and TV
- Second bedroom with queen bed, desk and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Balcony.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fans, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.
For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

Early check-in is possible if there aren't other guests checking out the same day. Late check-out is possible if there aren't other guests checking in the same day.

The keys will be collected in our office in Corso England 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows:
- EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The apartment is located in the green and peaceful Parella district, a well-served area where you can easily find all the services and comforts you'll need during your stay. A 8-minute walk will take you to the Monte Grappa metro stowhile a few meters from the flat there is the bus stop line 65. In less than 5 minutes you will arrive the park of the homonymous Villa La Tesoriera, so known as the abbreviation of Villa Sartirana called La Tesoriera, an eighteenth-century baroque villa in Turin that stands in the homonymous neighborhood. Inside the park it is possible to admire the largest tree in Turin city, a plane tree with a trunk circumference of 660 cm.

Turin is a city rich in history, artistic and architectural beauty. There are numerous museums, churches and attractions to visit. Even just wandering around the city, and the historic center in particular, it is pleasant: the arcades, streets, buildings and large squares show a city of royal style. Not to be missed: the Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum, the Valentino park and the Medieval Village and Piazza San Carlo.

How to reach the apartment:
- From Turin Caselle Airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the SFMA train service to Turin Porta Susa station, where it is possible to take public transport line n ° 71 to stop 359-Medici, 300m away from the flat.
- From Turin Porta Nuova Station it is possible to easily reach the apartment thanks to the underground, with the final stop Monte Grappa, 700 meters from the apartment.
- If you are traveling by car, there is the possibility to find free parking on the street on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at the Rosario garage in Via Gaglianico, a 3-minute walk from the flat.
