In 10 minutes on foot you can also reach the characteristic Parco Dora, and in 15 minutes the hospitals Maria Vittoria and Amedeo di Savoia. Possibility of free street parking (not guaranteed).

The 50 sqm flat is located on the first floor of a building without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it.
The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer, traditional oven combined with microwave
- Living area with a double sofa beddesk with office chair and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, single bed and wardrobe. 3 non-separable beds!

The house is located in the San Donato area, a district a few steps from the heart of Turin, in a strategic position to reach the main points of interest of the city by public transport (bus line 72 at 60 meters from the flat). In 20 minutes you can reach Piazza Castello, from which you can move comfortably towards Piazza San Carlo, the Egyptian Museum, the Mole and the streets of the historic center. The zone is equipped with all services including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, cinemas. Convenient Carrefour Market 24/7 at 700 meters, in via S. Donato.

How to reach the apartment:
- From Porta Susa Station: by bus line 72, final stop LIVORNO, 200 meters from the flat
- From Porta Nuova Station: by bus line 52, final stop DON BOSCO, 350 meters from the apartment
- From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi
- If you travel by car: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (not guaranteed).
