The 85sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator (not suitable for the disabled) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, electric kettle and toaster
- Living area with queen sofa bed and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe
- Second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined and used as a double bed) and exposed cubic wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with hand shower
- Second toilet with wc and shower box (one step to access it)
- Small terrace equipped with table and chairs.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, central heating with thermovalves, two fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Please note : the apartment is located in the ZTL area.

The flat is located in the Quadrilatero district, in the heart of the city, and taking a pleasant walk of a few minutes you can reach the most popular places of interest (Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Carignano, Piazza Vittorio, Museums and more). In the immediate vicinity of the house there are pizzerias, GROM ice cream parlor, shops, gardens and playground for children, bus and taxi stops. The underground and the Porta Susa railway station are only 550 meters away and allow you to reach every part of the city. From the Porta Susa station, buses also leave and arrive in the direction of the airports (Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Bergamo Orio Al Serio, etc.).

- The airport is situated than 40 minutes away by public transport.
Take the bus at the airport terminus to the To - C.So Bolzano 42 stop (P. Susa).
Then continue on foot for about ten minutes.

- From the Porta Nuova railway station take the M1 metro, traveling four stops, up to Metro XVIII Dicembre. Continue on foot for five minutes.

- From the Porta Susa train station you can get there on foot with a walk of about ten minutes, or if you want to be more comfortable by taking the bus n.56 at stop 3563 - DUCHESSA JOLANDA until the first stop 25 - STATUTE.
