Comfortable totally renovated apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located in the San Salvario district, just 5 minutes walk from the Valentino Park and the splendid castle. The flat is located in a quiet and elegant zone, in a very elegant ancient building, and is only 300 meters from the Marconi underground stop. In 10 minutes on foot you can also reach the Porta Nuova station, from which you can comfortably explore the city center and its wonderful monuments.
The 40 sqm apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building with elevator: you have to climb six steps to access it. It should also be noted the presence of two steps at the entrance of the building and an internal staircase to access the mezzanine bedroom.
The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and microwave
- Living area with 1 French sofa bed, split AC and TV
- Mezzanine bedroom (a flight of stairs to climb to access it) with 1 queen bed
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Storage room in the understairs.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
The keys will be collected in our office in Corso Inghilterra 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome kit.
Alternatively, apartment check-in is available for a fee as follows:
- EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport (the price is 5 euros) and reaches the Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi
