Apartment located on the second floor, of six in total, of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
In 50 m2 of space it accommodates two people.

In the San Lorenzo area, the apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from Termini Station and the renowned Sapienza University of Rome. The building is located within the summer night restricted traffic zone (from 9.00pm to 3.00am) and it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Garage Frank (5 minutes away on foot)

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN: complete with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, moka, toaster, electric kettle, TV and washing machine. Dining table for four people.
LIVING ROOM: relaxation area, single armchair and wardrobe. Portable fan.
BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60x1.90 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. Portable fan.

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle (there is a step to access), bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Centralized warming. Electric water heater.

-From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express shuttle service to Roma Termini, about 15 minutes away on foot from the property

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment via line 520 to "Cinecittà", where it is possible to take the underground to Roma Termini, about 15 minutes away on foot from the property

-From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment in about 15 minutes on foot.

If you're travelling by car, we point out that the apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area (only during the summer night from 21:00 to 3:00) and it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Garage Frank (5 minutes away on foot).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
