The structure is located in the heart of Rome, along the Borgo Pio road (completely pedestrian), a few meters away from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums.

The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), armchair and dining table. Kitchen area with kitchenette complete with 4 ceramic hobs, moka and coffee machine, fridge, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, kettle (NOT electric), toaster, blender, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. AC split.

BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, armchair with coffee table and wardrobe. AC split. Access to the balcony with table and two chairs.

BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer. Access to the balcony.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the shuttle bus from the airport to "Roma Vaticano" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property (ticket cost: € 7.00). Alternatively, it is possible to take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Rome Termini station, from which it is possible to take bus no. 40 direction "Borgo Sant’Angelo", to "Traspontina / Conciliazione" stop (7 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the shuttle bus from the airport to "Roma Vaticano" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to take bus no. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which it is possible to take the metro A to "Ottaviano" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 40 direction "Borgo Sant’Angelo", to "Traspontina / Conciliazione" stop (7 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to take the metro A to "Ottaviano" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (traffic-restricted area), but is located in a pedestrian area. Paid parking is available in the surrounding area: the most convenient and largest is Garage Terminal Gianicolo, less than 10 minutes on foot from the property.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
