Cozy studio of 50 sqm with private entrance, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building. We are in the center of Palermo, a few minutes walk from the Port, the Politeama Theatre and the Teatro Massimo. The accommodation is an excellent starting point to reach, on foot or by public transport, all the main points of interest of the city.

The inside is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with electric hob, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, kitchenware and wine glasses), single sofa bed and dining table;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and access to the small outdoor space;
- BATHROOM with sink, hydro-brush and toilet (ATTENTION: the shower is located in a room next to the bathroom, inside the apartment);
- SMALL OUTSIDE SPACE (with small table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C split with heat pump, heating via an electric stove, ceiling fan in the sleeping area, drying rack, clothes stand, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Pets allowed on request, upon payment of a surcharge.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in a short distance from Politeama Garibaldi Theater and the Massimo Theater, in a quiet area, characterized by all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, cinema, bars and restaurants). Thanks to public transport or on foot, it is possible to easily reach the main points of interest in the city: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Catacombs of the Capuchins and the Fontana Pretoria. In the center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, clubs and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region.

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by train to the "Palermo Notarbartolo Station" stop (12 stops). From here it is possible to reach the stop of "Piazza Boiardo" (2 minutes walk) and take the bus n. 102 to the stop "Politeama" (7 stops), 5 minutes walk from the property.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 101 from the stop "Stazione Centrale - Giulio Cesare" to the stop "Roma - Belmonte" (8 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park for a fee at Parking Gravina in via Benedetto Gravina 97 (NOT guaranteed), a 2-minute walk from the property.
