Nice studio apartment of about 30sqm, able to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, located on the seventh floor of a building with elevator. The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian), a few steps from the famous Politeama and Massimo Theaters.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Getting around
- From Palermo airport, you can reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines that arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, you can take the regional train, always to the Central Station and then continue by bus, or by regional train to Lolli Station, a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by bus no. 101, 102 or 124 to the "Roma Belmonte" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, you can find paid parking in Via Enrico Amari, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
We remind you that the property is located in the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian); to access it freely, it is necessary to buy the pass (€5.00 per day) at tobacconists or AMAT counters.
