Modern and cosy flat with terrace (with view of the Julian Alps!) that can accomodate up to 3 people, located in a quiet area with common garden a stone's throw from the center of Tarvisio. Thanks to its strategic position, from the apartment you can reach ski slopes on foot (for cross country and downhill sking) with rental service and ticket offices, the Ciclovia Alpe Adria and bike rental, and some of the main valley trail (such as Orrido dello Slizza, Alpe Adria Trail, Sentieri Kugy, ecc).

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, but you have to climb steps to reach it. You also have to climb stairs to reach the attic.

PLEASE NOTE: there are two entrances to access the building. You can access to the basement (garage/storage) with keys from the street level, and you can access to the ground floor with keys from stairs.
There's a common garden, while the attic (with drying rack) is shared.
At the moment you can't access to the garage with your car (due to works) but you can make use of it as a storage room for bikes and skiing equipment.

The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN (open space) with dining area, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric juicer, moka and kitchenware;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with queen size bed (140x200 cm) and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower box and washing machine;
- 2 STORAGE ROOMS (one in the bedroom and the other one in the entrance);
- TERRACE (6 sqm)
- SHARED ATTIC with drying rack;
- GARAGE usable ONLY as a storage room for bikes and skiing equipment.

Additional facilities available for guests: pocket wifi (100 gigs per month), central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
Child's bed, baby chair, stroller, carrier available ON REQUEST.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe. For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

The flat is just a 150 m away from the ski lift, directly reachable from a footpath accessible from the back door of the garage.

Since the terrace overlooks the Julian Alps, you can admire the Mangart mountain chain, the Picco di Mezzodì peak and the Carnic Alps.
Also, the great position of the terrace allows you to enjoy the annual fireworks display organized by the Municipality on the occasion of the New Year's Eve.

Tarvisio is a popular tourist destination throughout the year: in the hot months for cultural and naturalistic wealth, in the cold months for attractions related to winter sports.
All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal territory is dotted with charming villages and unmissable naturalistic itineraries.

Thanks to its particular position close to the border, it is a crossroads of languages ​​and cultures where Italy, Slovenia and Austria meet. The excellent cuisine includes Friulian, Carinthian and Slovenian specialties.

Tarvisio is also a destination for many pilgrims thanks to the suggestive Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lussari, a place where tradition recounts an apparition of the Madonna.
