Giardini Naxos Apartment with Terrace near the Sea

Cozy 60 sqm apartment, for 4 people, with two bedroom, a terrace and a balcony, located on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift. The property is located in a strategic position in Giardini Naxos, a seaside area near Taormina, less than 10 minutes on foot from the beaches and about 15 minutes on foot from Schisò, a charming hamlet characterized by the Norman castle overlooking the bay and the archaeological park. .

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, fridge with freezer, small sofa, TV and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), moka, oven, microwave, kettle, moka and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and armchair;
- BATHROOM with shower box (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY;
- COVERED TERRACE with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split with hot and cold air in the two bedrooms), two fans, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the common external courtyard of the building is used as a parking lot; however, the parking spaces are not assigned; consequently, there may be problems to park inside the complex during the high season. There are paid parking lots (blue lines) about 150 meters from the building.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.

The apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, a seaside area full of points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike. Near the accommodation, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. The beaches are less than 10 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay.

- Castle of Schisò and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 14 minutes on foot;
- Statue of Nike: 21 minutes on foot;
- Taormina (13 km): 20 minutes by car.

- Bar Oasi: 3 minutes on foot (270 meters);
- Sire restaurant: 3 minutes on foot (270 meters);
- Naxos Market (grocery store): 12 minutes on foot (1.1 km).

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). Parking is available inside the complet (NOT assigned - there may be problems to park inside the complex during the high season). There are paid parking lots (blue lines) about 150 meters from the building.

- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop in Via Dalmazia, about 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. At this same stop, it is also possible to take buses that lead to Taormina in about 10 minutes.
