Cozy 35 sqm studio flat with sea view, perfect for two people, located on the first floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The property is located 400 meters from the historic center (entirely pedestrian area) with all its jewels.
The accommodation has a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a balcony, a real rarity in the center of Taormina.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, kettle, kitchenware and dining table for two people;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (one split), wardrobe, TV, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk from the historic pedestrian center of Taormina.
Taormina is a city center full of artistic and naturalistic wonders. In the town, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is not to be missed. The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the splendid town of Giardini di Naxos are unmissable destinations during your stay! The cable car is a 15-minute walk away, with which you can reach the beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella in just 3 minutes.
The beaches of Giardini Naxos are only 7 km away.

- Duomo: 8 minutes on foot;
- Cable car: 15 minutes on foot;
- Ancient Theatre: 18 minutes on foot;
- Giardini Naxos: 16 minutes by car.

The apartment is located 400 meters from the pedestrian street and the entire historical center of Taormina is closed to traffic: you will therefore have to leave your car in one of the three main car parks in the city. The closest to our apartment is "Porta Catania", about 10 minutes walk from the property (800 meters).

From Catania-Fontanarossa airport it is possible to reach Taormina with:
- Bus of the Interbus company to Taormina (bus terminal 15 minutes walk from the accommodation).
- AMT Alibus to Catania station, where you can take the regional train to Taormina train station.
- Taxi from the airport (about 50 minutes journey).

From the Taormina station, it is possible to reach the center with the buses of the Interbus company (bus terminal a 15-minute walk from the accommodation).
