The neighborhood is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport. A few minutes from the station, the hospital and in less than 10min walk you can reach the sea and the streets of the old town.

The accommodation is an open space with living area, kitchenette, loft sleeping area and bathroom.

- MEZZANINE SLEEPING AREA with double bed, chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, air conditioning and heating only via split A/C (1 split in the living area), camping bed.

NB: the two rooms are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors that separate them.

ATTENTION to the stairs to reach the loft bedroom, especially if you are travelling with children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is located in a central area, in an ideal position to move easily in the city both on foot and thanks to public transport.
In a few minutes you can reach the renowned Goldoni Theatre and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta".
In 15 minutes on foot, crossing the canal and reaching Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe), you reach the New Fortress and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district.
From Piazza della Repubblica you can access Via Grande, the main shopping street of Livorno. From here, in a few minutes walk, you can reach the Central Market architect Buontalenti, one of the largest and oldest indoor markets in Italy where you can find fresh and typical products of the area.
