The space
The apartment of approximately 45 m2 is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled people).

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed and chest of drawers.
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, relaxation corner, TV and dining area.
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, electric kettle, Nescafè Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, various kitchen utensils.
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.
- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
