Piazza della Repubblica & Cisternone Apartment

Comfortable and colorful 100sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor, without a lift, of a building in the city center area, the apartment is the ideal solution to visit Livorno historic center both on foot or by public transportation. In 2 minutes on foot you can reach Parco Pertini "Parterre" and in 10 minutes you reach the Fortezza Nuova, passing through Piazza della Repubblica.
It is possible to find parking slots on the street for a fee (blue stripes).

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe, desk.
-BEDROOM 2: sofa bed, wardrobe and clothes hanger.
-LIVING AREA: small living area with sofa on pallet.
-KITCHEN: 4 burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster and moka.
-BATHROOM: room with tub and sink plus a second room with bidet, washing machine, sink and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

The apartment is located in Livorno city center area, an ideal position to easily move around the city both on foot or by public transportation.
In 10 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta".
Heading instead to Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe), you reach the Fortezza Nuova and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district.
From Piazza della Repubblica you can access Via Grande, the main shopping street in Livorno. From here, in few minutes on foot, you can reach the Central Market, built by Buontalenti architect, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in Italy where you can find fresh and typical products.
In Piazza della Repubblica it is also possible to find the LAM BLU line stop, thanks to which it is possible to reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni in about 15 minutes, an evocative place where you can admire breathtaking sunsets while walking on the seafront.

- From Pisa airport: Pisamover shuttle to Pisa train station + train to Livorno. From Livorno Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment by LAM BLU line to "Carducci 7 Cisternone" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Livorno Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment by LAM BLU line to "Carducci 7 Cisternone" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can find parking slots on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
In alternative, you can park at Via P. A. del Corona 70 Garage (for a fee) only 100 meters away from the apartment.

A member of our Team Livorno will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.
We will give you great tips to make your stay even more special and unique.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

City Tax must be payed cash upon arrival: 2 EUR /guest per night of stay, as requested by the Municipality of Livorno.
